I know what it’s like to feel behind.
In high school, I struggled with my weight, confidence, and fitting in. I was passionate about soccer and discus but never felt like I belonged in the "athlete" category. That changed when I discovered training — not just for performance, but for self-respect.
That’s why I started Educators of Strength.
To give young people — athletes or not — the tools I wish I had: a safe space to build strength, learn discipline, and grow confidence that spills into every part of their life.
This isn’t just about fitness.
It’s about unlocking potential in the classroom, on the field, and in life — helping students stand taller, think clearer, and show up as their best selves.



Project Outline.
The Step By Step Process
EOS is a unique 10-week training program structured into three distinct stages. Each stage brings a thoughtfully designed mix of training objectives and corresponding nutritional strategies.
The program begins by building strong physical foundations and habit consistency. Over the first few weeks, participants also focus on shaping daily eating patterns for balanced energy and wellness.
Every 3–4 weeks, training type and dietary targets shift to foster continued progress—culminating in an energising peak phase where the focus is on performance refinement and sustaining results beyond the program.
